2.3 Goods
Physical goods include branded accessories, hardware kits, and printed materials shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times and handling details are provided at checkout.
3. Refund Policy
At ToolsMaxHub, we strive for full satisfaction. Please review the guidelines below to understand how reimbursements are processed, and what options are available if you need adjustments.
3.1 Services (Tool Max Hub Essentials)
If you find a service unsatisfactory, you may request a reimbursement of the paid amount within 14 days of your session date, provided the service period has not elapsed. Requests must be submitted via our contact page. As an alternative, you may defer your scheduled service to another date within 60 days of the original session. Certain bespoke or on-site engagements are non-eligible for reimbursement due to personalized resource commitments and specialist preparation.
3.2 Information Products
Digital materials may be eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of purchase provided you have accessed or downloaded no more than 10% of the content. To request a reimbursement, submit a form through our contact page. You may opt for credit toward another product instead of a reimbursement.
3.3 Goods
Physical products may be reimbursed within 30 days of delivery if returned in unused, resalable condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, the paid amount will be reimbursed via the original payment channel. You may choose to exchange the item for a different product or defer shipment to a later date as an alternative to a reimbursement.
